Sign-up to My ESPC and you can:
1. Create saved searches and receive property alerts
Save your most frequent property searches and stay ahead of the competition by opting-in to receive email alerts as soon as a new property that matches your saved search comes to market.
Simply click the 'Create alert for this search' button once you’ve executed your search and tick 'Send me email alerts for this search' – it’s that easy!
2. Create a watchlist of your favourite properties
Shortlist your favourite properties by clicking the star icon on a chosen property listing, allowing you to keep a close eye on your selected properties in one simple list.
3. Be notified of any changes to your property watchlist
You can also opt-in to receive property notifications if any of the properties on your watchlist have had a change of status e.g. a closing date has been set, the property has been placed under offer or the property comes back to market.
