ESPC is a well-known and respected employer based in the heart of Edinburgh. ESPC Lettings is an integral and successful part of our brand, with an office based within our Property Information Centre in Edinburgh's George Street.

We are looking for a Property Manager to join the ESPC Lettings team. Experience would be ideal but as long as you have an interest in property, can demonstrate outstanding customer care and have good negotiation skills we can provide all the training you need for the role.

Included in your duties would be:

  • Dealing with incoming repairs by phone and email with a high level of organisation and customer service
  • Logging and monitoring all jobs onto SME Professional (software system)
  • Co-ordinating all reported repairs
  • Conducting regular property inspections and liaising with landlords on refurbishments and planned maintenance
  • Monitoring all safety certificates and ensuring all properties are compliant with safety requirements/legislation including HMO
  • General daily administrative duties providing office support in answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries, taking payments etc
  • Ensuring compliance with ARLA Propertymark, GDPR and company code of conduct, and maintenance and safety legislation at all times
  • Managing insurance claims and reinstatement
  • Dealing with all aspects of property maintenance and maintenance arising from property inspections
  • Working alongside a small friendly team, helping out when necessary

You must have excellent customer service, negotiation and time management skills as well as a valid driving licence. We can support you to achieve an ARLA qualification if you don't already have one.
