Show your home some love
February is the month of love, not just on Valentine's Day! Join us on Facebook for our 'Show your home some love' competition for a chance to win multiple prizes over a few weeks in February with a grand prize at the end to share with your one, true love!
The game
Go on and 'like' our ESPC Facebook Page. Watch out for our 'loved up' posts on Facebooks from 9th February to 19th February which you can comment on to stand a chance to win one of our prizes.
How to enter
All you need to do is visit facebook.com/espc.property and comment on all our posts as explained below.
All entries per day will go into a daily draw at close of play where one person will win the prize of the day.
Ad-hoc extra prizes will be given away during the competition so keep checking our Facebook page!
1. Show us the love!
When we post a 'Show us the love' post, all you have to do is comment on these posts for a chance to win. To do this, pick one of your favourite properties for sale through ESPC and share with us, the address of the property (find this on espc.com, in our ESPC Paper or in our showrooms!)

2. Which room needs some love?
When you see our 'Which room needs some love' post on Facebook, comment on these to tell us which room in your home needs some love. Post a picture with your comment of the room that needs a make-over to stand a chance to win one of our spot prizes.

3. Celebrate with your one true love!
Our grand prize will be given away to one of the entries chosen at the end of the competition from all of the ones that we recieve so you can double your chances of winning!
Grand prize: A night's stay for two at the Old Town Chambers in a five star luxury serviced apartment! You will also win a meal for two at the Stockbridge Restuarant. T's and C's apply.
Terms and Conditions: All entrants must be over 18. All entrants must live in Scotland, UK. All entrants must 'Like' the ESPC Facebook Page. The competition runs from 9th -19th February 2015, Monday - Friday. Entries close at midnight each day. The winner will be announced on Facebook the following week-day morning. One entry per person per day. The competition is not open to ESPC employees. Winners will be selected at random from all correct entries received before the closing date and notified. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, ESPC reserve the right to re-draw another winner from the correct entries received before the closing date. Prizes not collected from the ESPC Showroom in Edinburgh (George Street) within one month (vouchers can be posted) of notification will be withdrawn.
