The ESPC Lettings portfolio is in Martyn’s safe hands when it comes to all things maintenance. Martyn handles any maintenance / repair issues along with negotiating deposit returns and making sure the portfolio runs smoothly.

Kyle Finlayson – Lettings Negotiator
Kyle is our go to for tenants looking to secure a new property and he carries out our property viewings. Kyle is our point of contact for both tenants and landlords during those first stages from finding a property, through referencing and lease preparation to key handover.
