Property in Dalgety Bay
Thinking about living in Dalgety Bay? Read our Dalgety Bay supplement, which featured in The ESPC Paper on 6th October 2011. It's packed full of local information and homes for sale in the area.
Dalgety Bay is a coastal town in Fife standing on the north bank of the River Forth, just east of Rosyth and Inverkeithing. It serves primarily as a commuter town for Edinburgh with many of the 10,000 inhabitants travelling to work in the Capital.
Due to the town's increasing popularity as a coastal commuter town, many of the properties in Dalgety Bay were built over the last 50 years and the town features many family homes. There are two primary schools in the town - Dalgety Bay and Donibristle Primary - making the town particularly attractive for those with young children.
ESPC has a range of houses for sale in Dalgety Bay as well as a number of experienced solicitor estate agents in Dalgety Bay ideally placed to give you an insight on the local market so whether you're buying or selling we can help you on your way. Property in Dalgety Bay varies but it is predominantly large detached or semi-detached family homes and bungalows and a selection of flats.
Elsewhere in West Fife and Kinross, the most popular towns with property for sale include Dunfermline, Kinross and Cowdenbeath.
