Limelight – It’s about getting the buyers’ attention

Sellers can now put their property in the Limelight by choosing one of the three options below. These allow sellers two weeks increased exposure to give their property an extra push.

But before the detail, here is what Limelight can deliver.

In 2009, those properties which were already being advertised on espc.com and then added Limelight received:

  • 3 x more views of their property in their first Limelight week.
  • 2 x more views in their 2nd week of Limelight.

Those properties that used Limelight during their first week of advertising with ESPC, saw a 4-fold increase in the number of times their property was viewed.

These figures show that Limelight does give properties a little extra push to get more attention from potential buyers.

Limelight Web
£85 (£60 for Fife and Central*)

  • Display in search results with green background to make it stand out.
  • Included on the feature property page on espc.com.
  • Your property will appear on the homepage in the “feature property” rotation.
  • On average espc.com attracts 177,000 different people each month.**

Limelight Gallery

  • Includes all of Limelight Web plus:
  • Display in the Limelight Gallery section of The ESPC Paper with a full colour photo and description about your property.

Limelight Plus
£199 (£110 for Fife and Central*)

  • Includes all of Limelight Gallery plus:
  • Enhanced, eye-catching wall card displayed in the ESPC showroom
  • Display at the front of the Edinburgh ESPC showroom on the plasma screen rotation
  • The Edinburgh showroom is currently visited by 3000 people on average each week.**
