Take a Street View tour
House-hunters visiting espc.com can take advantage of Google Street View to help with their property search.

Street View is available on the Property Details page by clicking on the button highlighted by the red box.
Street View allows you to tour the area of a particular property without leaving your PC. You can use the Street View option to see what the surrounding streets are like.
After clicking on the button for Street View , you will be able to move around the area.

If Street View is new to you, here is how it works:
- The 'compass' in the top left is used to change the view you have. You can look up, down, left and right. A complete 360-degree view is available.
- The '+ and -' is used to zoom in and out.
- The white line and arrows across the screen allow you to move around the area by clicking on the arrow that indicates the direction you want to move in.
Please be aware that Street View is not available in all areas covered by ESPC. At present images are mostly just available for Edinburgh. Also, the images do date as far back as 2008, so some parts of the area may have changed since Google took the images. For example (as of 10 September 2009), the new ASDA supermarket at Newhaven was showing as still under construction but has in fact been open for a number of months.
