ESPC AND GSPC BRIDGE EAST TO WEST DIVIDE
TO CREATE SCOTLAND'S LEADING PROPERTY WEB SITES
The largest property marketing companies in Scotland's two biggest urban conurbations today announced details of an agreement that will create Scotland's leading property web sites.
Edinburgh based ESPC and Glasgow based GSPC have agreed to advertise properties for sale through both centres on both of their respective web sites, instantly creating by far the largest database of homes for sale across Scotland's central belt. Visitors will be able to view the complete database of homes for sale at either www.espc.com or www.gspc.co.uk
The move will make it easier than ever before for buyers to find their dream home with as many as 6,000 homes advertised for sale at peak periods. For sellers, it will guarantee that their home is advertised on both of the two key web sites that are essential viewing for anyone buying in the central belt. There will be no additional cost to sellers for advertising on both sites.
GSPC (Glasgow Solicitors Property Centre) and ESPC (Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre) are both market leaders in their respective areas and already run the leading property web sites in the east and west of Scotland with more property for sale in and around the country's two largest towns than any other sites. In 2006, record results saw the companies help to sell a combined total of more than 30,000 properties worth over £4.5bn.
